Swinging Barrier – Swinging Traffic Barrier System

Swinging barriers are a heavy duty security deterrent, which can be either manual or automatic. They are more secure than a conventional rising traffic barrier and less intrusive than a sliding gate.

Swinging barriers can be controlled in a number of different ways; radio remote keyfob, keypad, token or coin controlled, or ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition).

Range of Sizes

The swinging barrier is designed to prevent vehicle access through site entrances, a unique heavy duty security deterrent. Swinging barriers can cater for openings from 1 metre to large openings of up to 6 metres on a single beam. Larger barriers with doubles or special order barriers.

Simple and Automated Operation

The swinging barrier arm locks into the closing posts, eliminating the possibility of the barrier arm being swung out, with optional locking in both the open and closed position. One person can move the barrier with ease and it can be automated and controlled in a number of different ways; radio remote keyfob, keypad, token or coin controlled, or ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition).
